The DSPMT program provides the full capabilities of the Dam Safety Program Performance Measures (DSPPM), the NID Electronic Submittal Workflow, and the desktop interface to the DSPMT Pocket PC-based Inspection Checklists.

bulletVersion 2.0.1, Dated 3 February, 2002: Incorporates a capability for generating a centralized networked configuration of the DSPMT with a single version of the local dam inventory and multiple client workstations.  An error where the program crashed if the comment button is pressed was corrected.  The screen numbers for all of the DSPMT screens were re-numbered.

bulletVersion 2.0.10, Dated 8 April, 2002: Incorporates a capability for storing, recalling, and reviewing Dam Incident Notification reports on the User's computer prior to autopopulating the NPDP web-based notification form and  submitting the information to the NPDP.
bulletVersion 2.0.11, Dated 9 April, 2002: Incorporates suggestions for improving the interface to the Dam Incident Notification reports.  Also, adds a capability for mass importing data from a prior database version when the database structure changes.
bulletVersion 2.0.12, Dated 11 April, 2002: Incorporates a capability to reset the DSPPM completion status for either all dams or for those dams in which the lastest data freshness date is prior to a specified date.
bulletVersion 2.0.14, Dated 16 April, 2002: Allows multiple fields in the custom output report to be selected using the <shift> and <cntrl> keys, changes the interface for resetting DSPPM status, and allows the search results to be correctly sorted by last inspection date.
bulletVersion 2.0.15, Dated 18 April, 2002: In the Expert and Intermediate DSPPM spreadsheet, there are new options for either globally populating an entire selected DSPPM field or globally populating only blank values for a selected DSPPM field.
bulletVersion 2.0.16, Dated 20 April, 2002: Adds a capability for automatically generating and utilizing subdirectories for DIN reports and printed reports.  Also, incorporates an interface for define default DSPPM values for High, Significant, and Low Hazard Potential Classification dams and populating blank fields with the default values.
bulletVersion 2.0.18, Dated 10 June, 2002: Added a capability for updating the State Regulated Dam field based upon values in that field.  The value is changed to "Y" if the current value is non-zero, or "N" if the current value is blank or zero.  This was done for the Arkansas NID data submittal because their local inventory database does not have a State Regulated Dam field but they do have a Permit number which indirectly corresponds to whether or not a Dam is State Regulated.  This version also removes the Table name specification from the import NID Electronic Submittal interface.
bulletVersion 2.0.19, Dated 13 June, 2002: Put the same logic behind the "X" button on each form that is behind the "Exit" button.  This ensures that if a user presses the "X" in the upper right hand corner of a form, that the correct replacement form is displayed.  Previously, pressing the "X" could simply remove the form from the display and leave the program running in memory, potentially resulting in several instances of the DSPMT running at the same time.  This version also leaves the Palm database in place when configuring the DSPMT for a network configuration.  This means that the ODBC32 variable does not have to be reconfigured manually.
bulletVersion 2.0.20, Dated 17 June, 2002: Modified the NID Electronic Submittal data file template file so that NID submittals also include all of the performance measure data.  Also modified the DSPPM Executive User interface to provide download and merge functions for submittal data.
bulletVersion 2.0.22, Dated 21 July, 2002: Corrected the modify user-defined fields processing to avoid an error which would occur when the database was updated.
bulletVersion 2.0.25, Dated 31 July, 2002: Modified the DSPPM Executive User interface to provide a better layout and more functionality in the NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria report analysis area.  Incorporated a workflow for submitting and downloading the NDSRB report and added new reporting capabilities.
bulletVersion 2.0.27, Dated 15 August, 2002: Incorporated password requirements for utilization and display of NID data coming from the NID database file which is installed with the installation files.  Incorporated password requirements for uploading or downloading DSPMT electronic submittals from the TEC FTP site.  Alphabetized all lists of available States in Executive review interfaces and download interfaces.

bulletVersion 2.0.37, Dated 22 October, 2002: Incorporated a sample capability for the DSPMT to be utilized for collecting ASDSO annual survey data.  This capability brings up and populates a sample ASDSO annual survey web page from information within the local inventory.
bulletVersion 2.0.38, Dated 28 October, 2002: Corrected a problem where the DSPMT would not update database record fields where the value was erased or blanked out in the modify dam record interface.

bulletVersion 2.0.40, Dated 26 November, 2002: Implemented Palm-based capability for importing performance measure data from the Palm to the Desktop and showing differences between the imported data and local database values.  Also modified the NID electronic submittal workflow NID Differences spreadsheets (i.e. new dams, deleted dams) to show the number of dams in each spreadsheet. 
bulletVersion 2.0.41, Dated 9 December, 2002: Included Bureau of Reclamation checklist as a selectable checklist for utilization on the Palm.

bulletVersion 2.0.43, Dated 11 December, 2002: Added capabilities to the Performance Measures spreadsheet to make it more "Excel-like".  Also, corrected a problem where the search results printed reports did not include any performance measure search criteria specified. 
bulletVersion 2.0.44, Dated 12 December, 2002: Added capabilities to the DSPPM 4 deficiencies spreadsheet to make it more Excel-like.  Also, corrected a problem which allows search histograms to be pasted into Word or Paint using the Edit->Paste Special option.

bulletVersion 2.0.48, Dated 19 December, 2002: This version corrects a problem which now allows a database containing all the prior NDSRB electronic State Evaluation Criteria Reports to be imported.  It also improves the Live Update function so that it can detect a newer version based upon time (hrs, min, sec) rather than just based on date.
bulletVersion 2.0.49, Dated 20 December, 2002: This version implements an Excel export for all of the standard search results printed reports and the custom fields output report.
bulletVersion 2.0.50, Dated 23 December, 2002: This version Implements an Excel word wrap for search criteria and also implements a word wrap capability in the performance measure spreadsheets for comments fields.  The "Click for details" has been removed and replaced with the actual text comment.  This version also add "Organization/Agency" to the deficiencies spreadsheet.

bulletVersion 2.0.53, Dated 1 January, 2003: This version implements an initial cut at an automated generation of an Agency's submittal to FEMA's Biennial Report to Congress on the Implementation of the Federal Guidelines for Dam Safety.
bulletVersion 2.0.54, Dated 2 January, 2003: This version modified the documentation spreadsheet to function more like Excel.  It also replaces the Embankment Criteria and Foundation completion reports with a Project Geotechnical and Concrete Materials Completion Report.  This version also corrects problems in combining staffing in DSPPM 2 when importing submittal data from subordinate organizations.  This version also restricts the number of dams which are displayed in the performance measure spreadsheet to 500.  Additional dams are displayed by pressing a Next or Previous button on the form.
bulletVersion 2.0.55, Dated 3 January, 2003: This version revises the Dam Safety work item funding priority descriptions in the deficiencies spreadsheet.  It also implements paging in the search query results when more than 1000 dams meet a query criteria. 
bulletVersion 2.0.56, Dated 7 January, 2003: This version corrects problems with the user defined fields.  In this version, when an electronic submittal is imported the user-defined fields are imported along with the NID information.  This version also allows the mass import function to establish linkages between user defined fields and fields in the external database.
bulletVersion 2.0.57, Dated 8 January, 2003: This version corrects an error in updating last inspection date after importing data from an external database.
bulletVersion 2.0.58, Dated 2 February, 2003: This version allows the user to specify the year that the NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria report is being generated for.
bulletVersion 2.0.59, Dated 4 February, 2003: This version incorporates a new Executive Review capability to generate standard NDSRB timelines for a group of selected States collectively.  The timeline is shown as the total number of dams for the selected group shown over time.
bulletVersion 2.0.60, Dated 18 February, 2003: This version incorporates the New Mexico Pocket PC-based inspection checklist into the list of available checklists and also incorporates the capability to generate an Excel spreadsheet Dam Safety Inspection Checklist report for the New Mexico Dam Safety Bureau.
bulletVersion 2.0.61, Dated 18 February, 2003: This version corrects a problem where the live update did not recognize a newer version of the DSPMT executable.
bulletVersion 2.0.62, Dated 11 March, 2003: This version implements a year pulldown for the executive review State Evaluation Criteria reports availability form.  Now the user can view what reports are in the database for not just the current year but also prior years.
bulletVersion 2.0.63-66, Dated 16 March, 2003: Various modifications in support of the electronic submittal of NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria Reports. 
bulletVersion 2.0.67, Dated 18 March, 2003: Modified the Executive Review NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria Report which is displayed so that it will show contact information for the organizations providing the data.
bulletVersion 2.0.68, Dated 25 March, 2003: Modified the wording on the printed State Evaluation Criteria report and the on-screen form to be consistent.
bulletVersion 2.0.69, Dated 26 March, 2003: Corrected a problem that prevented the State Evaluation Criteria report from being imported if the local inventory database was empty.
bulletVersion 2.0.70-71, Dated 2 April, 2003: Various modifications in support of the electronic submittal of NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria reports.  This version also incorporates a modification to the Executive Review National State Evaluation Criteria report that shows which States lack specific legislative authorities.
bulletVersion 2.0.72, Dated 4 April, 2003: Corrected a problem with the Executive Review NDSRB report when printing the report for a single State. 
bulletVersion 2.0.73, Dated 5 April, 2003: Corrected a problem in the Executive Review Good News/Bad News report where the program was confusing Kansas with Arkansas due to the similarities in the State name.
bulletVersion 2.0.74, Dated 14 April, 2003: Corrected a problem in Executive Review when importing State electronic submittal data.
bulletVersion 2.0.75, Dated 21 May, 2003: Implemented a capability to bring up the electronic User's manual in Word.   This version also expands the number of dams displayed in the performance measures spreadsheet from 500 to 750, and when a value in the spreadsheet is initialized it is set for all the dams in the inventory not just the dams displayed in the spreadsheet.
bulletVersion 2.0.76, Dated 27 May, 2003: Incorporated MSHA requested modifications.  The MSHA modifications download District data from a MSHA, not TEC, FTP site.  MSHA also uses the D: drive rather than the C: drive for downloaded submittal data files.  There is also a new streamlined download and import capability for Federal Agency executive reviewers.
bulletVersion 2.0.77, Dated 5 June, 2003: Incorporated a streamlined download and import capability for the NDSRB in reviewing State Evaluation Criteria report timelines.
bulletVersion 2.0.78, Dated 10 July, 2003: Modified the structure of the deficiencies spreadsheet to incorporate additional fields suggested by CESWD.  This modification also required modifications to the FTP upload processing and organizational download and import processes.
bulletVersion 2.0.80, Dated 1 August, 2003: Corrected the Live Update capability to check whether "c:\Program Files" exists before downloading anything to that directory.  If it does not exist then the files are downloaded to "c:\archivos de programa".
bulletVersion 2.0.81, Dated 25 September, 2003: Implemented numerous modifications to the Handheld inspection checklist interface to incorporate the FERC Pocket PC inspection checklist.  A major new capability is an on-screen spreadsheet interface which allows the checklist to be reviewed, recorded audio comments to be played back, and checklist values and comments to be modified.
bulletVersion 2.0.82-2.0.87:  Implemented numerous additional modifications to the FERC Pocket PC inspection checklist.
bulletVersion 2.0.88, Dated 8 December, 2003: The USACE comments from the training classes are being incorporated.  These improvements include:
bulletAfter performing a live update, the DSPMT now restarts automatically after any key is pressed in the DOS window.
bulletOn the NID search results spreadsheet, an explanation window is displayed whenever any cell is clicked and the F1 key is pressed.
bulletThere is now a capability to delete user-defined fields.
bulletOn the DSPPM input status form, there is now a capability for refreshing the performance measure completion status.
bulletOn the search criteria interface, the small buttons which generate histograms of values are labeled with a graph symbol to indicate what they are.
bulletWildcards have been implemented on the NID search criteria form.
bulletThe customized Excel export capability has been modified to include the user-defined fields.
bulletThe live update capability now automatically reimports the old database contents if a new database structure was downloaded.
bulletWhen sending electronic data to TEC, the files are always sent with upper-case filenames.
bulletThe incorrect date formats on the DSPPM 5 interface have been corrected to show the correct date format, mm/dd/yyyy.

bulletVersion 2.0.89, Dated 11 December, 2003: The remainder of the USACE class comments have been incorporated into the DSPMT.  These modifications include the following:
bulletThere is now a way of deleting the District-specific password for sending data to TEC.
bullet"General Engineers" has been changed to "General/Civil Engineers" in Performance Measure 2.
bulletA note has been placed on the Performance Measures main interface that a project must be selected from the pulldown list in order to get access to performance measures 3-7.
bulletDate formats have been corrected in the interfaces for performance measures 3, 4, and 6.
bulletThe documentation spreadsheet has been expanded to include rows for "Foundation Report" and for "Embankment Criteria and Performance Report"

This version also corrects a problem where the DSPMT did not restart automatically after performing a Live Update and it corrects an SQL problem when trying to search for dams using a lower bound last inspection date only.  This version also modifies the DSPPM3 output screen to show total number of inspection during a reporting period, not just the number of inspections on State Regulated dams.

bulletVersion 2.0.90, Dated 13 December, 2003: The performance measure tabular output forms were modified to add new totals fields for performance measure 3 and 4, and all of the tabular output forms were modified to use button graphic symbology for generating additional detail and for generating graphics.  This version also incorporates a better imitation of Excel spreadsheet functionality for the performance measures spreadsheet and the deficiencies spreadsheet.  Using the Arrow buttons now updates the database if a field value is changed.
bulletVersion 2.0.91, Dated 17 December, 2003:  This version incorporates many corrections and improvements noted and suggested by CESWD.

bulletVersion 2.98, Dated 30 January, 2004: This version corrects problems with Search queries based upon  performance measures.  The DSPPM 3 questions were expanded to include information on inspections of fracture critical and non-fracture critical hydraulic steel structures.
bulletVersion 2.99, Dated 1 February, 2004: This version improves the Excel output capabilities for the performance measures and staffing spreadsheets by allowing Excel files to be generated based upon selected performance measure or staffing spreadsheet fields.  This version also allows the performance measure spreadsheet to be generated from the search results spreadsheet.
bulletVersion 2.101, Dated 3 February, 2004: This version incorporates the custom export to Excel capability for the deficiencies spreadsheet.  It also incorporates the capability to have multiple dam safety inspections for a specific dam within a given calendar year.
bulletVersion 2.102, Dated 4 February, 2004: The program was performing the Live Update unsuccessfully on Windows Me while it was successful on Windows XP and 2000 Professional.  Also, the Live update executable download ran into memory limitations under WinMe.  This was corrected by changing the method used for downloading the new DSPMT executable.
bulletVersion 2.103, Dated 11 February, 2004: The DSPPM Input Status display was modified to show the input status for only those dams that meet specified search criteria.   Also, the sequence of interfaces for the expert and intermediate user was reviewed and improved.
bulletVersion 2.104, Dated 27 February, 2004: The DSPPM 2 Dam Safety Staff Size and Relevant Experience performance measure was significantly modified so that it could be used by both District and Division organizations.  When District data is imported by Division, separate records of DSPPM 2 are maintained.  The Division organization can also create a new database record for dam safety staff in the division.  When Division data is uploaded to the TEC central server, only the Division staffing data is sent.  The imported district staffing data is not sent and the dam inventories from the imported district data is not sent.  There are also new toggle buttons on the DSPPM 2 interface which allow a Division user to show staffing and staffing details for the Division only, for the Division and reporting Districts only, or for a selected District only.
bulletVersion 2.105, Dated 29 February, 2004: The staffing details spreadsheet export to Excel capability was modified so that only the organizations selected to be displayed in the spreadsheet will be exported to Excel.  The additional DSPPM 3 (Inspections & Evaluations) questions regarding non-Fracture Critical Hydraulic Steel Structures suggested by CESWL were incorporated into the main performance measure spreadsheet.  A clear criteria button was added to the performance measure search criteria form.  Additional confirmation forms were added to the Live Update capability if a new database structure is being downloaded.  The user is now given the option of sending the current database contents to the TEC central server prior to downloading a new database structure.
bulletVersion 2.108, Dated 7 March, 2004: The FERC Inspection Report cover page has been modified to more closely match the D2SI Inspection report standard format.  Performance measure tabular output can now be generated only for those dams which meet a specified search criteria rather than for the entire database.  Modifications were made to correct auto-loading of the database contents when a new database structure is downloaded via the Live Update capability.  Excel output sort order now matches the DSPMT spreadsheet sort order for the performance measure spreadsheet, staffing spreadsheet, and deficiency spreadsheet.  Organization name is forced to be all caps.  Blank fields in the staffing table (DSPPM 2) no longer cause program aborts, they are automatically changed to zero values.  The deficiencies spreadsheet has been re-ordered and two new fields have been added, a MSC funding priority and a HQ funding priority.  The deficiencies spreadsheet can now be sorted based upon any number of selected fields (i.e. Organization, Funding Priority, Dam Name, Deficiency number, etc.)
bulletVersion 2.109, Dated 10 March, 2004: This version corrects problems in ordering the deficiencies spreadsheet by funding priority.  It also allows communication of funding priority from districts to division to HQ, and from HQ to Division, and from Division to Districts.
bulletVersion 2.110, Date 14 March, 2004: This version is the final version to be released in preparation for USACE districts to begin populating the deficiencies spreadsheet for the FY06 budget.  This version adds a new field to the deficiencies spreadsheet and allows a district to specify a budget request value and a total estimated cost of remediation value.  The DSPPM4 forms-based interface has been significantly modified so that it is driven from the deficiencies spreadsheet.  There have been significant modifications to the DSPPM2 performance measure tabular output to be show staffing summaries which correspond to search query criteria.  The FERC inspection checklist excel export has been modified to center justify the Section O and P headings.  Numerous small changes have been made in response to CESWD observations and problem notifications.
bulletVersion 2.111, Date 22 March, 2004: This version corrects a problem with the performance measures spreadsheet generating an error message whenever a cell value is changed.
bulletVersion 2.112-2.119: These versions correct a variety of programming difficulties and suggested improvements by USACE districts which were noted in the process of populating the staffing spreadsheet, performance measures spreadsheet, and deficiencies spreadsheet.
bulletVersion 2.120: Date 14 April, 2004: This version corrects a problem noted by CESWL where the deficiencies spreadsheet for a particular selected dam, exported to an Excel spreadsheet, shows multiple duplicate deficiencies when the internally displayed spreadsheet only shows a single deficiency.
bulletVersion 2.121 Date 24 April, 2004: This version corrects problems noted by CENAP, CESWD, and CESPA.  The biggest modification is that it provides help descriptions for the staffing spreadsheet fields by displaying descriptive text regarding each field in the spreadsheet when the user clicks on a cell and then presses the F1 key.
bulletVersion 2.122, Date 2 May, 2004: This version corrects a problem with the staffing spreadsheet having duplicate data records after multiple imports of a user's organization.  It also changes the Organizational Download interface to allow a user's own organization's data to be deleted upon being warned by a confirmation form.  This was a contributing factor to the duplicate records in the staffing spreadsheet.
bulletVersion 2.123, Date 3 May, 2004: This version prevents data (either dam information or staffing information) imported from another organization to be uploaded to the TEC central server when an organization uploads it's data.
bulletVersion 2.125, Date 9 May, 2004: This version corrects many small errors and implements improvements in the headings and labels on the performance measure interface forms.  This version also automatically calculates staffing totals from the staffing spreadsheet for USACE districts and divisions only.  This version also implements a vertically-expanded column heading so that the column headings can be more descriptive and also grouped more closely.
bulletVersion 2.126, Date 18 May, 2004: This version corrects a problem where the staffing spreadsheet was not being exported to Excel correctly.  The sort order would be correct in the on-screen DSPMT spreadsheet but be incorrect in the Excel spreasdsheet.
bulletVersion 2.127, 2.128, Date 19,20 May, 2004: These versions both incorporate continued corrections involving not exporting a sorted spreadsheet to Excel correctly.  The problem only seems to affect Windows 2000 Professional.  It is corrected in Version 2.128.
bulletVersion 2.129, Dated 25 May, 2004:  This version corrects a problem with the Spanish version of the DSPMT which utilized a file in c:\Program Files\DSPMT rather than c:\Archivos de Programa\DSPMT.
bulletVersion 2.130, Dated 26 May, 2004: This version corrects problems with uploading submittal data to the TEC central server and also provides additional feedback when generating a submittal file.
bulletVersion 2.131, Dated 27 May,2004: The DSPMT uses a file, c:\dspmt.env, to store the location of the database in order to provide a capability for network configurations.  The c: root directory is also used for uploading and downloading NID/DSPPM submittals to/from the TEC central server.  Due to information mgt. restrictions, some organizations are not allowing program access to the c: root directory.  This version of the DSPMT allows a user to designate an alternate directory (i.e. c:\Temp or c:\DSPMTFiles, etc.) as the directory to use for these purposes.
bulletVersion 2.132, Dated 1 June, 2004: This version corrects a problem where the District budgeting priority is being stored in the x.xxx format rather than in x.x format (i.e. 3.100 rather than 3.1).
bulletVersion 2.134, Dated 7 June, 2004: This version provides an improved sorting for identified dam safety deficiencies.  When sorted by District, Division, or HQ priority the deficiencies with priority values are ranked at the top of the list and those without values sort to the bottom.

bulletVersion 2.136, Dated 14 June, 2004: This version restricts the capability to download electronic submittal data files.  States are only allowed to download their own State data.  USACE Districts can only download their own  District and their Division's data file.  USACE Divisions can only download their own Division and their reporting District's data files.
bulletVersion 2.137, 2.138, Dated 18 June, 2004: This version implements an auto-numbering capability for MSC Funding Priority on the deficiencies spreadsheet.  It also incorporates a new button which performs a resort of the deficiency records based upon the last defined simple or advanced sort.
bulletVersion 2.139, Dated 19 June, 2004: This version implements the auto-numbering capability that fills in numbering gaps for Hq Funding Priority on the deficiencies spreadsheet.  It also corrects problems with auto-numbering due to unusually formatted MSC priority values.  A  new capability was also implemented that automatically will renumber MSC and Hq funding priorities based upon the current values filling in any holes in the numbering sequence.
bulletVersion 2.140, Dated 20 June, 2004: This version implements a capability to only display deficiencies within the top 'X' priority for each funding year, where 'X' is a value specified by the user.
bulletVersion 2.141, Dated 22 June, 2004:  This version implements an auto-numbering capability for the Hq and MSC funding priorities that generates an all new sequence of numbers based upon funding year guidance provided by the user.
bulletVersion 2.142, Dated 5 July, 2004: This version implements the modified NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria Report questions into the Manual Count User Interfaces and reports, Executive Review Interfaces and reports, and timelines.
bulletVersion 2.143, Dated 7 July, 2004: This version makes a slight correction to the NID criteria for inclusion, the NID Inclusion Rules.  A low hazard potential dam will be included if either of the following criteria is met:

bulletThe reservoir volume equals or exceeds 50 Acre-feet and the dam height exceeds 6 feet.
bulletVersion 2.144, Dated 10 July, 2004: This version incorporates modifications into the NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria report for the manual count user.  These modifications were suggested by FEMA and ASDSO personnel.
bulletVersion 2.145, Dated 11 July, 2004: This version updates the expert user capabilities for generating the NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria report.
bulletVersion 2.146, Dated 20 July, 2004: This version corrects an error noted by CEMVP where the program aborts when executive summary information is placed into the documentation spreadsheet of DSPPM 5 (Project Response Preparedness).  This was corrected by checking for embedded apostraphe's in the executive summary information.
bulletVersion 2.147, Dated 21 July, 2004: The NDSRB State Evalutation Criteria report interfaces and printed reports were changed to reflect the correct definition of a State regulated dam, as directed by USACE TEC.
bulletVersion 2.149, Dated 1 August, 2004: The NDSRB State Evaluation Criteria report interface processing was modified to allow dollar signs and commas in the budgetary information fields (they are removed), and embedded apostraphes in text fields (they are doubled).  The FERC Pocket-PC interface was modified to include the new Hydro security checklist.
bulletVersion 2.150, Dated 4 August, 2004: The FERC Security checklist was added to the Inspection checklist Review/Modify interface and to the Export to Excel interface. 
bulletVersion 2.152, Dated 9 August, 2004: Changes were made to the Excel report generated and to the Pocket PC interfaces on the FERC Security checklist. 
bulletVersion 2.153, Dated 10 August, 2004: The Pocket PC desktop interfaces were modified for the Mexican CNA to allow computers to use the directory "c:\Archivos de Programa\DSPMT" rather than "c:\Program Files\DSPMT", which does not exist on Spanish versions of Windows.
bulletVersion 2.155, Dated 24 August, 2004: The summary information screens for both the FERC dam safety inspection and FERC security inspection checklists were modified to allow multiple recorded audio comments to be played back.

bulletVersion 2.157-2.160, Dated 24 September, 2004: This series of versions corrects problems that were noted by Florida when adding new dams or modifying existing dams.  It add a new capability for updating NID ID and State ID from the previous published NID.  This version also incorporates a capability for mass importing an Organization's NID dams from the NID.mdb data file generated by TEC which contains all of the dams in the NID.
bulletVersion 2.161, Dated 4 October, 2004: This version removes a test implemented for USACE districts which prevents dams which are not in the organization's jurisdiction from being uploaded to the TEC server.  This test is no longer meaningful with the new security measures which only allow States and Agency districts to download their own data.
bulletVersion 2.162, Dated 5 October, 2004:  This version implements a global modify of the State Regulated Dam field for those dams which satisfy a specified search query criteria.
bulletVersion 2.163-2.164, Dated 10 October, 2004: This version implements a capability for Florida only which imports all NID dams in the State, including Federal dams, not just those provided by the State of Florida.
bulletVersion 2.165, Dated 11 October, 2004: This version implements the FERC Hazard Potential Classification review questions in the Pocket PC dam safety inspection checklist review and export to Excel capabilities.
